Product Description: Vetiver essential oil (Vetivera zizanoides) is steam distilled from the plant's roots, with an earthy, sweet smoky, and warm woody aroma. This multi-purpose oil can be used in a diffuser to aromatically calm emotions, or as a massage oil to promote circulation and calm the mind. It can also be diluted with carrier oils and used as a face wash for deeper cleansing.
DIY: Vetiver essential oil can be added to a variety of homemade products, including cleaning products, conditioners, shampoos, massage oils, diffusers, cleansers, moisturizers, wool dryer balls, sprays, laundry detergents, body lotions, creams, bath salts, candles, perfumes, soaps, and bath bombs.
Multiple Use Scenarios: Add 1-2 drops of vetiver essential oil when washing clothes in the washing machine, as a deodorant, in home cleaning (kitchen, shower, bathtub, toilet), as well as in saunas, spas, aromatherapy, outdoor spaces, cars, air freshening, offices, bedrooms, and during yoga.
Body Massage: Mix 1 drop of vetiver essential oil with 10 to 20 drops of carrier oil (such as sweet almond, grapeseed, or jojoba) and apply in circular motions to the body to relax the mind and body.
